Is this really a monthly contract?
Yes! You can choose to suspend or cancel at any time. We’ll just need a two business days notice before the end of your current billing cycle.
Can I upgrade mid-month?
If you feel you need a little more data mid-month (for example, 10 days into your current subscription period), you can ask us to upgrade. We can normally complete this action within 1 working day after receiving payment.
Is my connection throttled?
We know from experience that some companies throttle connections but 4G Yacht does not throttle your SIM card internet connection. You paid for the data – use it how ever you want!
Can I downgrade the contract?
You can downgrade the contract at any time and this will take effect at the start of your next billing period.
